Returns

If for any reason you're unhappy with your purchase you can return for a refund or exchange within 14 days of delivery. This is providing that you have a receipt and the item is in unused condition and is in the original packaging.
When returning an item please include your name, order number and the reason for return in the package. Please send all returns to:

We cannot be held responsible for any items lost in transit, so we advise that you retain proof of postage for your return. The customer will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning the item.

 

Faulty Items
We aim to make you happy with your order, so if you've received a faulty item at all, please do contact us and we'll attempt to arrange a replacement if possible. Alternatively, if you've received a faulty item and would like a refund we will refund the cost of the item and the postage charge. If the item you're returning is not faulty, we will only refund the cost of the product and not the postage. 

 

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
