I've received a damaged item, can you help?

Yikes! Please pop an email across to hello@thefoxandstar.co.uk and we'll get that sorted.

If we’re not able to offer a replacement, then we’ll offer a refund or exchange. We might also ask for a photo of the damaged item. Photos are useful not only for checking out the fault or the damage but also for passing across to the manufacturer.
