Once we've received your returned items, we'll process them as quickly as we can, usually up to 5 working days. Please note, that for super busy times e.g. over Christmas, it might take us a little longer up to 10 working days.
Refunds are processed to the same payment method you originally paid with e.g the card that you paid with or your PayPal account. A refund can typically take up to 3-5 working days to reach your account.

If we’re not able to offer a replacement, then we’ll offer a refund or exchange. We might also ask for a photo of the damaged item. Photos are useful not only for checking out the fault or the damage but also for passing across to the manufacturer.
